Coronavirus Announcement #2
The number of infections and deaths tied to the coronavirus (COVID-19) in Florida showed little sign of slowing Sunday as the state’s cases exceeded New York. Florida now has the second-highest number of confirmed cases in the United States.
In addition to its impact on public health, the coronavirus disease has caused a major economic shock. The impact of COVID-19 on the business landscape in Florida, the United States, and globally has been detrimental to many industry sectors.
Signet continues to weather the storm and move forward with advancing its technology, albeit, at a slowed pace. That is primarily due to our many business associates and contacts who now work remotely, virtually, intermittently and at reduced hours. That said, we have continued to conduct business, at times virtually and at our offices, over the past 4 months. Our representatives in Europe are making progress and our team of professionals have made special efforts to see that we are fully up to date on our SEC Filings.

Special Covid-19 Announcement from Signet CEO
In response to slowing the spread of Covid-19, on Wednesday, 1 April 2020, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis issued Executive Order (20-91). The mandate orders Floridians to stay at home for the next 30 days and only leave for essential services. All people must “limit their movements and personal interactions outside of their home to only those necessary to obtain or provide essential services or conduct essential activities.” The order begins at 12:01 a.m. Friday, 3 April 2020.
Due to the stay-at-home mandate, Signet International Holdings, Inc., located in Palm Beach, Florida, will be in compliance with the Governor’s executive order. We will not be holding office hours during this period.
