SIGNET INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS, INC. (SIGN-OTCQB)
EMBARKS ON FIRST CHAPTER OF DEVELOPING ITS
NEW 4-D TECHNOLOGY WITH THE WORLD'S
FIRST 4-D DIGITAL CAMERA

Palm Beach, Florida April 12, 2012

Signet has secured funding to begin development of the world’s first 4-D Digital Camera and Printer. The new camera will deliver visual results never before displayed in a portrait format.

Ernest Letiziano, CEO, proudly announced at a press conference that the company will be ready for total operations of the extraordinary technology including; assembly, production, and sales, within six months.

Signet’s CTO, Russian Scientist, Yevgeniy (Eugene) Nemirovskiy, is the author of a number of worldwide-patented inventions, two discoveries in optics and one discovery in mathematics. His inventions and discoveries are patented in 42 countries, including the United States. He has the most complete 3-D imaging patent in the world. Nemirovskiy recently invented a single lens 3-D and 4-D digital camera to replace the outdated analog system. The Signet’s products are trademarked under the name “SeproSight”.

“Since the foundation has been prepared and funding is in place, Eugene and his staff are now going about implementing the dynamics of the new 4-D Photo technology. While he will be busy for the next few months, we will be able to begin the patenting processes and developing our marketing campaigns. Mr. Nemirovskiy’s accomplishments in physics and visual imagery place Signet in the unique position to become a world leader in developing and delivering his amazing technology,” says Letiziano.

Plans are now proceeding for the capitalization to develop Nemirovskiy’s next “SeproSight” chapter: Technology for 4-D digital real time displays for TV screens, then, a soon to be released 4-D volumetric attachment for computer monitors and the introduction of SeproSight technology to the Motion Picture industry.

Signet International aims to expand possibilities of 4-D imagery

Over the past 30 years, Palm Beacher Ernest Letiziano has been involved in the promotion of international boxing and concert events.

Operating in a relatively quiet fashion out of a Worth Avenue office, Letiziano established a media company, Signet International Holdings, three years ago. The original mission of the firm was to develop a gaming and entertainment television network employing 3-D technology.

That all changed, however, when Letiziano (on the right) came across Yevgeniy Nemirovskiy (on the left), a fellow islander, who was pursuing research on 4-D imagery, primarily in the area of still photography.

Nemirovskiy shared his ideas about further development of the 4-D model, making it applicable for moving images on video, computer and movie screens. Letiziano recognized the potential for such a technology and partnered with Nemirovskiy, whom he calls Eugene, foreseeing the use of the 4-D technology in a variety of ways, not only revolutionizing the public’s entertainment experience but also having applications in the medical and governmental realms.

So, currently, Letiziano is seeking funding to further Nemirovskiy’s research and development.

“I’m a promoter,” he said. “From what I can see, 3-D is now a negative, and Eugene’s discovery is really unbelievable as it gets rid of the seasickness and the need for those glasses.”

“This is a new mathematical model,” said Nemirovskiy. “With 3-D, there are distortions and many people get headaches when they watch a 3-D movie.”

The 4-D technology also allows multiple images to be delivered to the same screen, he said, explaining that individuals in the same room could choose to watch and even place themselves in the action viewed.

“It’s has interactive capabilities,” said Nemirovskiy. “The viewer could be able to enter the screen image and participate in what’s going on in the screen.”

“And the image adjusts to the viewer’s position, so there is none of the headaches or distortions...” CONTINUED... Read the Full Article Here:
