We seek $3.0 million USD to fund the final stages of our SpaceTable™. The years of trial and error and prototype building are behind us. Although the critical stages have been accomplished, Dr. Blundell now requires our assistance in bringing SpaceTable™ to finality. This is to say that once this last stage is completed, SpaceTable™ will be a fully functional working model.

We have spoken to and been invited to several multinational headquarters in Europe to discuss the final technological stage. We found these giants of industry receptive, interested and in complete understanding of Dr. Blundell’s presentation. All have indicated their eagerness to move forward. Their conclusions were that SpaceTable™ would alert the world of the next generation display phenomena.

Although this news was not surprising to us, we feel even more confident with their affirmations of our accomplishments. It has become obvious to us however, that we would short-change our shareholders if we were to yield to these giants and their proposed conditional demands. We have studied their intentions and concluded that their contractual terms and conditions related to rights and licensing agreements would severely compromise our ability to freely commercialize SpaceTable™.

The apparent answer is to identify the knowledgeable, prudent private investor who has the vision to place us in the position to offer these multinationals our core technology and thereby welcome them as customers. Seeing is believing.

Therefore, with our investor on board, our last phase will move quickly and in less than nine months, we will be in the position to attract these giants by physically demonstrating a working model of SpaceTable™.

If you are an accredited investor with the vision to anticipate the future and provide the funds to achieve our last stage, we would like to hear from you.
